Can I modify my booking?
For any modifications to your booking, contact your ski rental shop directly. You will find the contact details in the e-mail summarising your order, or on the ski rental shop information form.
Can I pay for my booking by cheque?
When you book, each ski rental shop will inform you about which payment methods are accepted.
Is Skilou.com a secure site?
Yes, your transactions are carried out by the biggest French banks: Caisse d’Épargne, Société Générale, Banque Populaire, Crédit Agricole, etc., (depending on the shop) and are encrypted to guarantee maximum security and trust. Is it possible to rent a specific pack?
Yes, you will be assigned the pack that you have chosen. However, the models displayed for each pack are for guidance only and it is the responsibility of the ski rental shop to provide you with the selected model or, failing that, one of equivalent quality.

When you book, you choose your resort as well as the shop from which you wish to rent your skiing equipment. The required information (address and phone number) will be sent to you along with the rental confirmation e-mail.
When can I pick up my skiing equipment?
When you book, your ski rental shop will inform you of the time and date when you can pick up your equipment.
When is the limit for booking skiing equipment before arrival?
The on-line booking deadline depends solely on the ski rental shop from which you want to rent your equipment.
Is the rented equipment insured against theft, loss and breakage?
When you book, the ski rental shop will inform you about the cover for your chosen equipment.
